Get one Case

https://svc.cipherowl.ai/api/case-management/v1/cases/

Returns one Case together with its Subject's current screening route: the Case a new screening hit for the address lands on right now, and any intake suppression in force. The Case's screening and audit history are served by List Screenings and List Audit Events.

Manager-only Trash access. Default (false) excludes a deleted
Case and returns NOT_FOUND for it; true lets a Manager open a Trash item.
A non-Manager requesting includeDeleted is denied.
