Returns one page of the Case's append-only Screening history, newest first, with the total entry count: each Trigger with its provenance, its evidence acquisition lifecycle, and its artifact bindings. Entries are never removed or rewritten, but lifecycle fields settle after an entry first appears — re-read an entry rather than caching it as final. Large captured content is excluded.
