Lists all addresses in a pool with their baseline and latest risk levels.

Pagination: Keyset pagination in (chain, address) order: pages are positions in that order, not offsets, so members added while paging never shift or repeat the rows of later pages; a member added behind a position already passed is listed on the next traversal, not the current one. Default 50 items per page, max 1000 (a page_size above the max is clamped to it; a negative page_size is rejected with 400). A supplied page_token that does not decode to a valid cursor is rejected with 400 — an empty page_token selects the first page. Empty next_page_token indicates no more pages. total_count is populated on the first page only (requests without a page_token).
